This imli ki chutney, which is made by our Jyoti Didi and her Mahila Bachat Gat from Walhe, brings out the perfect balance of tangy, sweet, and spicy flavours. Our Imli ki chutney is made of locally sourced, high-quality Imlis (Tamarind). Imli is cooked with jaggery and is caramelized with the sweetness of jaggery, and red chilli powder is added to add just the right amount of heat to the pickle.
