1. Returns
- You may request a return within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.
- Perishable items such as grocery and dry fruits must be returned in their original packaging without any damage or contamination.

2. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to the original payment method within 4-5 business working days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately for a replacement or full refund.
